New Words!

11/12/2007   At last, at long last! I've pulled myself out of the editing/justifying why I'm not writing rut and hammered out a few new words.

Prophecy of Three: The Sword of Nuada has begun! Wow. Feels amazing.

Usually I hate the first chapter. I re-wrote the first chapter of Spear of Lugh at least 10 times and I'm STILL not happy with it. This first chapter flowed out of me. It was effortless. Perhaps I should be worried.

It would have continued to flow but unfortunately I had 2 (count 'em) sick kids at home today. Sigh. Motherhood trumps writership. Ah well, at least I started. That's the first hurdle and we must celebrate even the tiniest of triumphs. I shall bask in the glow of my new words and be content. This is what it's all about and I can't ask for more.

What's this? Two updates in a week? Fantastic!

New words -- that's good news. Why don't you start posting 500-750 words chunks here occasionally to see what you're up to?
